Bench at a glance: jobs, kanban and customers
What Bench is for, what each menu item does and what you can use on each plan.
Bench is a repair log for technicians. Open it at bench.tinkari.com and sign in with your Tinkari account. It works on a phone, tablet or computer and can be installed like an app. See Install Bench and Scan on your phone.
The menu
- Dashboard - your active jobs and customers.
- Kanban - jobs in columns by stage.
- Jobs - a list of jobs with a search and New job.
- Customers - your customers, with New customer.
Where the data comes from
Bench reads customers and jobs from CRM, so they are always the same ones you see there. What Bench adds is the repair log on each job: numbered steps, with notes and photos.
What each plan includes
- Customers - available on every plan.
- Jobs and Kanban - need a paid plan. On Free you are shown an Upgrade prompt instead.
- AI notes - available with limits that depend on your plan.
