Create your account and sign in

One Tinkari account signs you in to every app. You create it once at tinkari.com.

Create an account

1. Go to tinkari.com and choose Sign up.
2. Fill in your details, including a username and the name of your organisation (usually your business name).
3. Complete the security check and submit the form.
4. Open the verification email we send you and click the link. Your account is not active until you do.

When you verify, you are signed in and your organisation is created with you as its Owner. New organisations start on the Free plan.

Sign in

• Go to tinkari.com and choose Log in, or open any app (for example crm.tinkari.com) and sign in there. It is the same account everywhere.
• After you sign in once, you move between apps without signing in again.
• If you last used one app, opening tinkari.com sends you straight back to it. Add ?stay=1 to the address to stay on the Tinkari home page instead.

Forgotten password

Choose Forgot password on the log in page and enter your email address. We send you a link to set a new password.

Update your details

Your name and email can be changed on the My Account page. Your username cannot be changed.

Can't see an app?

If an app says you have no access, your organisation owner or an admin needs to give you access to it. See Invite your team and give them app access.
