Plans, pricing and user tokens explained
What Free, Solo and Pro include, how user tokens work, and how to add more.
Tinkari has three plans. What you can use depends on your plan, and how many people can use the apps depends on your user tokens.
The plans
Free - £0 forever

- Customers and companies, and invoicing
- Stock control - up to 200 stock items and 50 locations
- No Kanban and pipelines, team members, Bench and AI notes, customer messages or recurring jobs
Solo - £9.99 a month per organisation
- 1 user token
- Everything in Free
- Kanban and pipelines, Bench and AI notes, customer messages and recurring jobs
- Licensed for one individual - to add team members you need Pro
Pro - £29 a month per organisation
- 10 user tokens
- Everything in Solo
- Full team management
- You can add extra token blocks
What is a user token?
A user token is one person's access to one app. Your tokens are one pool shared by your whole team and all your apps.
Example on Pro with 10 tokens:
- 3 people on CRM = 3 tokens
- 3 people on Inventory = 3 tokens
- 2 people on Bench = 2 tokens
- That is 8 of 10 tokens used, with 2 spare.
A person using two apps costs two tokens. A person using one app costs one.
Need more tokens?
Pro organisations can add token blocks. Each block adds 5 tokens for £8 a month, and you can add as many as you need.
