Print QR codes for items and locations

Items and locations each have a QR code. Print them onto labels and Scan can use them to find stock in seconds.

Print an item's QR code

1. Open Stock Items.
2. Choose Print barcode on the item's row to open Print Item QR Code.
3. Print the label and stick it on the bin, bag or shelf.

Print a location's QR code

1. Open Locations.
2. Choose Print QR code on the location.
3. Print it and attach it to the shelf, drawer or cabinet.

What the codes mean

Item codes start ITM- and location codes start LOC-. They are generated for you and are unique to your stock.
