See every stock movement - who did it, when, and why - with filters by type.
Transactions is the audit trail of everything that happens to your stock.
What is recorded
- Received - stock added
- Adjusted - counts corrected
- Moved - transferred between locations
- Assembled - components used and finished goods made
- Invoiced - stock sold on a sales order
Each entry has the item, locations, quantity, note, time and user.
Find what you need
- Search by item, location or note.
- Set a From date.
- Use Transaction type to see only one kind of movement.
Whose transactions
Switch between My transactions and All team transactions to see just your own work or everyone's.
Why it matters
If a count looks wrong, the transaction history shows exactly how the stock got there.
