Welcome to Tinkari: the apps and how they fit together
A quick tour of the Tinkari apps - CRM, Inventory, Scan, Bench and Comms - and how one login covers them all.
Tinkari is a set of business apps for workshops, technicians and tradespeople. You sign in once and use whichever apps suit your business. Customer and stock information is shared between them, so you never type the same thing twice.
The apps
- CRM (crm.tinkari.com) - your customers, companies, invoices and jobs. Jobs move across Kanban boards, and you can keep a diary, set up recurring work and share progress with customers.
- Inventory (inventory.tinkari.com) - stock control. Track items across nested storage locations, build assemblies from a bill of materials, and raise sales orders with pick lists.
- Scan (scan.tinkari.com) - a phone companion for Inventory. Scan the QR codes on items and locations to see stock, move it, adjust it and work through pick lists.
- Bench (bench.tinkari.com) - a repair log for technicians. Break each job into numbered steps, with notes, photos and AI-assisted voice and photo notes.
- Comms (comms.tinkari.com) - the message template library. Customise the emails that CRM sends to your customers.
How they connect
- Customers live in CRM. Inventory and Bench read your customers from CRM, so a customer you add once is available everywhere.
- Sales orders become CRM invoices. When you invoice an order in Inventory, the invoice appears in CRM.
- Bench uses CRM jobs. Jobs and Kanban stages in Bench are the same jobs and stages you see in CRM.
- Scan uses your Inventory. There is nothing separate to set up - anyone with Inventory access can use Scan.
