Work through pick lists in Scan

Pick lists in Scan come from sales orders in Inventory. When an order is saved as a pick list it appears here.

Open the pick lists

Choose Pick Lists in Scan. You see outstanding orders, with the lines grouped by the location to pick from. Tick Show completed pick lists to look back at finished ones.

Pick

1. Open an order.
2. Walk to the location shown and collect the items.
3. Mark each line as picked. Progress updates as you go.
4. If you pick the wrong thing, unpick the line.

When every line is done you see All items picked and the Confirm Pick button becomes available.

Confirm

Choose Confirm Pick. The order is marked as ready to invoice. Stock is reduced and the invoice is created when you invoice the order in Inventory.
